If the flat is available, she will ask you to confirm your booking by completing the Booking Form and sending a deposit of £50 (see Booking Conditions given below).

1. The flat is available on a Saturday to Saturday basis only.
2. The flat is available from 4pm on the day of arrival, and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
3. The flat cannot accept pets and is a no smoking flat.
4. Tenants are responsible for leaving the flat in a clean and tidy condition, and accept liability for additional cleaning costs if this is not the case.
5. The accommodation is let for holiday purposes only and must not be sub-let.
6. A deposit of £50 is payable at the time of booking. The balance of the rental is due six weeks before the start of the let.
7. If the person booking the property wishes to cancel the booking, the owner will attempt to re-let it. If they are successful, all amounts received will be returned. If not successful, the full amount of the rental will become due.
8. If unforseen circumstances prevent the property being available for letting during the agreed period, the liability of the owner will be restricted to the return of all money paid at that time.
